Therapeutic massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, and stress, and promote health and wellness. Massage therapy improves functioning of the circulatory, lymphatic, muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems, and may improve the rate at which the body recovers from injury and illness.
Massage Therapy is recommended for the following:

He is a firm believer in continuing education and expansion of skills, such as myofascial release, which helps alleviate postural pain and release areas of tension and dysfunction — very effective for computer athletes. Ed is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario.
