Mindfulness Meditation. A contemplative, holistic discipline which leads beyond reflexive, analytical thinking into a deeper state of relaxation and awareness. To be mindful is to be aware of your thoughts and actions in the present, without judging yourself.
Classes begin March 4, 9:00 – 10:30 am.

Insight Yoga. Hatha-based yoga that takes each student on their own inner journey to locate tension patterns and release them.
Karma Yoga. Students will be encouraged to practice at their own pace and in a style that suits them. Private instruction in a small group setting.
Mindfulness Yoga. Combines Ashtanga, Hatha, Flow, Pranayama, Restorative, and Yin/Yang postures to experience the full benefit of a yoga practice.
Yin/Yang Yoga. A slow, deep practice that increases flexibility by stretching connective tissue of hips, pelvis and spine. Postures are held for a few minutes to deepen the awareness of the inner structure of the body.
