COVID-19 has changed the landscape of health care, unfortunately not everyone is heeding the advice of their applicable organizations.
The directive in health care is Do No Harm.
Three simple words, that some practitioners just don’t seem to understand.
Our own association (CMTO) has stated in their directive of March 16th to suspend all non-essential massage therapy treatment. I amongst many other practitioners did just that. Unfortunately more than a few other clinics ignored that directive.
Let me repeat: SHUT IT DOWN.
We haven’t seen the worst of it, once the kids have come back from March Break. It will come in waves, peaks and valleys.
For those who have been away, you now have another 14-day staycation. It isn’t so bad, once you find all the projects that you set aside for a rainy day/week/month?
You will get through it as long as we work together.
Staying Home Saves Lives.
Social Distancing works.
Wash your hands.
Stay Healthy. Stay Safe.
