Community Health Corner
by Kathleen Browne, RN, BScN
I was invited to speak at Kingston & Bingham Pharmasave on Saturday, April 8th on the topic of Acne and Rosacea. To my surprise and delight, it was a full house! I was well-prepared for my presentation, and it was a well-attended event with a diverse crowd of men and women, suffering from (or someone they know) of the ravages of Acne and Rosacea.
Due to the demand of this topic, I have been invited back to speak again in early May (details to follow), and meeting more members of our Kingston Road Village community.
Are there others topics that you would like to see addressed?
This note though is a Thank You (shout-out) to Kyro at Bingham Pharmasave.
Kyro is offering topics of interest for the benefit of the community. He will be hosting events with resident experts in their field of study and so far has offered topics on:
- Massage Therapy
- Skin Care
We have an abundance of knowledge and information in our community, and Kyro’s goal is to become that source of advice that you can trust. It is a unique opportunity that we should take advantage of.
